ARE YOU GROWING?
Hello there,how have you been and how has your year been so far? I hope so far so good. God word says we should pray that He teaches us to number our days. One of the things I think that means is we must learn to use each day purposefully, effectively and profitably. For all we will achieve it is today that we have to all. He did not say teach us to number our night! I feel because we are children of the day not of darkness. And it is in the day that we work and achieve things. Jesus says the night comes when no one will work. Are you using your days right. Are you achieving you goals? Did you set goals?
Notice the way God starts His day is to declare what He wants to see that day,then He goes ahead to work on what He declared as His goals for that day. You see Goad is a goal getter, He sets His goal then He goes out using his day to achieve what He set out at the beginning of the day to do. How do you go about your day? Do you start with declarations? That is spiritual. That is taking command of the day and command it to produce a certain result which you ensure conforms to your desire physically.
It tell you that your day should start in the heavens. As a citizen of the kingdom how much declarations do you do? You are to command your day. Command your morning.
Gods day did not start at 6 or 7am when it was bright,the bible says and the evening and the morning! It means Gods day started when it was dark,when no one could see what He was saying, when everyone else was sleeping. When does your day start? Where does you day start? It should start when others are asleep,it should start in the HEAVENS. It should start in Gods presence, then move to the second heavens where you decree, you bind and loose,then it the physical world where we work out what we have decreed by faith. This is how we have dominion daily.
So we ask the question are you growing? It is a question you must think about. Some feel that growth is measured by age or by size but I would like to look at it in another way.
Growth should be measure by how much of what is inside of you have you brought out? Growth is working out what God has worked into you So you have not grown if you are not constantly becoming all that God has made you to be. Growth is not that you are a pastor, an elder,a deacon,or such likes. Growth is are you seeing in your life the fruits of Christs death and resurrection? How is your health, your mind, your family, your finance, how much of your purpose do you know and are achieving?
Take a seed it is put into the ground and all of a sudden things start coming out of it. Notice the only way you know if the seed is growing or not is by what comes out of the ground. Or we then conclude that it is not growing. If it remains in its original state it has not grown. If it grows you soon do not see the seed any more but you see all that is hidden in the seed by God for mankind's benefit not the benefit of the seed. So you should ask yourself are you growing? Is all you are seeing for your benefit or for the benefit of those in your world?
We grow in the dark and men come to see when in the light what has come out of us. We should use our days to grow out all that God has hid in us that non should perish.
You are Gods love gift to the world so you must grow.
Do not let the world only see a seed and never value you because you refuse to grow.
Growing starts dont forget in the dark when normal men sleep. That is when we enter Gods presence and discover who we really are and then have the responsibility to work out what God has worked into you.
You are born of incorruptible seed. You are too precious to be priced. If only you will grow,you will WOW your world.

WHAT IS STOPPING YOU?
Hello there,
Its been some time since I put something up on this blog page. It takes getting used to for some of us who have not been bitten by the social media bug. Thanks to my sisters in Ethiopia and brethren here in lusaka who God used to birth this page I am committed to learn and grow it this new chapter in my walk with God and you out there. Please bear with me we are work in progress.
That said Let us come to the matter we are to digest for today. Have you ever asked yourself why some people fail and others succeed. Particularly as christians? Why is it that the things God, who cannot lie,has promised but we are not seeing the results in our lives. I think of this often being a student of life and I want to submit to you my thoughts with your kind permission.
I realize that all the promises of God are mere opportunities and possibilities that only come alive and are fertilized to be born as our reality when the promises meet responsibility. Responsibility here being a persons right response to God.
Every promise of God, every prophesy, every word requires the recipient to do something for it to come to pass. Every such promise or word is not up to God for it to come to pass but up to us to make it happen. It takes a certain kind of person to see Gods best in life,not everybody comes into Gods best,Gods rest. Who is this person? The bible tell us of that person in Romans 12:1-2. We can not prove Gods best for our lives without a renewed mind. You may ask why? I believe it is because it takes a certain kind of mind to access and prove Gods best. We must have a renewed mind to prove what is Gods perfect will for us in every situation we face in life.
Lets explore Jer:17:5-10. It tells of two kinds of people,one that trusts in God and his heart is secure in Him. The other is one that trusts in man and his heart has departed from the Lord. One will not see when good comes, while the other will not see when evil comes. Have you thought about it that the two are actually looking at the same thing? Same economy, same conditions but see different results. Why? I think its is because of their mindsets. One trusts in God so he recognizes good when it comes,remember David and Goliath, Samson and the lion,Daniel and the den of lions,Ruth and Naomi,the widow of Zaraphat.
The other will not see when good comes,Eve and Adam, Cain and his sacrifice,Esau and his birthright,Lot choosing sodom,and so on. When we study the bible we find that the way people saw things determined their choices,their attitude and these determined their destinies. Your attitude and your choices are determining everything in your life.
Your attitude to God is expressed in what we call worship.Worship is the external expression of a mans heart condition and disposition to God. It goes beyond singing. The opposite of worship is pride,this is where you make yourself worth more than God in your life. You are your own god. Its your life,you can choose as you like and do what you want. Such people cannot worship God but rather seek people to bow to them and worship them by deferring to them, they having their way all the time.
You choices are expressed in obedience and the outcomes are either blessings,Gods empowerment to prosper, or cursing, life's limiting and debilitating forces.
These two kinds of people have either humbled themselves to obey and be led by God through The Holy Ghost, or are high minded and are led by themselves,their senses and carnal desires.
Where are you in this picture? In my next blog we will pick this thought and look at that person that comes into Gods fullness and Gods best. How it can be done, we will explore. We will also see the other side too.

DREAMS DONT HAVE DEADLINES!
God wants us to be answers to the millions or billions or prayers He gets per moment and He has locked the answers in our dreams. Our dreams are creation fighting and begging for expression. Our dreams are Gods intent. Our dreams are jobs begging to be born. Our dreams are the future waiting to be shaped and reengineered. If you are a child of God? Our dreams are Gods dreams. He works in us both to will and to do His pleasure. Joseph told it this way to Pharaoh, he said "what you dreamt is what God is about to do. What we dream of doing that we put off may be putting off what God wants to do to change our world.
We are born into a family of dreamers,Abraham,Isaac, Jacob,Joseph, Daniel,Jesus,Paul,,Martin Luther, Martin Luther King,Kwame Nkuruma, Mandela,these are our fathers.
The future is shaped by dreamers,Bill Gates,Steve Jobs, Obama, Warren Buffet, to name a few The greatest of all being Jesus Christ. We all can dream,have dreams and can make our dreams come true.
You are a dreamer,you need to start dreaming or work out your dreams
